Newest Addition to the Family...

Rob and Zach had to go to a mandatory sports (tennis) meeting at school, but Lyndsey and I booked over to the hospital to meet Ethan!

WHO WE ARE

ROB: The Head Honcho. The Big Kahuna. The Main Man. Lynda calls him, "Honey," and the kids call him, "Dad." To support his high maintenance family, he works at Cedar Crest Dairy, where ice cream, milk, cheese, and ice cream abound, much to his ice-cream addicted family's delight. Rob works hard so his son can continue to wear "cool" name brand sweatshirts and braces, his daughter's closet can continue to overflow with cute outfits, and his wife can limit her ouside job to part-time so she can pursue her writing dream.
PLEASE PRAY FOR: Wisdom, Favor, Positive attitude

LYNDA: The one who tries to keep everything running smoothly...and often misses the mark. Between keeping up with the kids' schedules, her freelance work and working feverishly to finish that novel, the dust often gets neglected, the laundry piles sometimes rival Mt. Everest, and once in a while, family dinners consist of cold cereal and a banana. But hey. She tries. And her family appreciates her efforts. At least, that's what she tells herself.
PLEASE PRAY FOR: Better time management skills, total all-over physical wellness, Maintaining a sound mind.

ZACH: ACK! There's a teenager in our midst! And he comes complete with loads of homework, calls from girls, hogging the computer to chat with his friends online, and the occasional pimple. Oh...and an added perk - the rest of us get to live in the same house with someone who really does know everything! Aren't you jealous?
Seriously, Zach is an awesome kid. He loves tennis, basketball and playing the guitar, is an extremely talented artist, and enjoys hanging out with his friends, eating junk food, annoying his little sister, and testing the limits. Yep. It's confirmed: Zach is a normal fourteen-year-old.

PLEASE PRAY FOR: Teenaged wisdom and discernment, identifying God-given gifts and talents, developing a hunger for God.

LYNDSEY: The baby of the family...a beautiful, bouncing, 11-year old girl. "Bouncing" being the key word. The girl never stops! She is a ball of energy from morning til night. The only time you'll catch Lyndsey still is when she's sleeping - and many times, not even then!
Lyndsey is probably the sweetest, most "others-focused" kid you'll ever meet. She's acutely aware of other people and what they're feeling. She's sensitive, giving, sociable, and has a fabulous sense of humor, to boot!
These days, Lyndsey is into playing the drums, pigs, shopping, Webkinz and instant messaging.

PLEASE PRAY FOR: the continual desire for a life of purity and holiness, attracting Godly friends and role models, confidence in who she is in Christ
